Summary
In addition to technology, the areas of organisation, operation and financing present a central challenge for the introduction of new service concepts. Cooperative systems are currently under development from a technical viewpoint, but sustainable operation concepts are missing. The article highlights central aspects and analyses current real-life examples.

Neben der Technologie stellen Organisation, Betrieb und Finanzierung eine zentrale Herausforderung für die Einführung neuer Servicekonzepte dar. Kooperative Systeme werden derzeit unter hauptsächlich technologischer Sicht entwickelt, Betriebskonzepte fehlen noch weitgehend. Der Artikel beleuchtet zentrale Aspekte und analysiert aktuelle Praxisbeispiele.
