Summary
Transportation systems currently undergo a significant alteration. Social changes and increased expectations towards protection of environment and resources, safety and efficiency are faced by new opportunities of information and communication technology. The emerging opportunities raise new questions to traffic behaviour, liabilities, market introduction and others.
Zusammenfassung
Die Verkehrssysteme unterliegen aktuell einem bedeutenden Wandel. Gesellschaftlichen Veränderungen und Erwartungen an Umweltfreundlichkeit, Ressourcenschonung, Sicherheit und Leistungsfähigkeit stehen neue Möglichkeiten der Informations- und Kommunikationstechnik gegenüber. Die entstehenden Möglichkeiten werfen jedoch auch neue Fragestellungen auf im Hinblick auf Verkehrsverhalten, Haftung, Markteinführung und Weiteres.
