Hildegard Schröteler-von Brandt (Prof. Dr.-Ing.), Stadtplanerin, lehrt an der Fakultät Bildung Architektur Künste, Department Architektur, der Universität Siegen. Ihre Arbeitsschwerpunkte sind Stadt- und Dorfentwicklungsplanung, Stadterneuerung und Planungsgeschichte sowie die Entwicklung ländlicher Räume und die städtebaulichen Auswirkungen auf die demografische Entwicklung.
