Franco Barrionuevo Anzaldi (Dipl.-Pol.) hat Politikwissenschaft an der Universität Hamburg und an der Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (Argentinien) studiert. Er ist wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter in der Abteilung Kultur, Medien und Gesellschaft an der Universität Hamburg. Seine derzeitigen Arbeitsschwerpunkte sind: Stadt- und Raumsoziologie, Urbane Tanzkultur und Tourismus.
