Abstract

The problem of the modern single shaft gas turbine blades durability and creep parameters determination has been studied. The refined mathematical model, taking into account the forced vibration and thermal parameters has been developed. The influence of the forced vibration frequencies has been determined for the most dangerous forced vibration modes from the point of view of blades resonance state entering. It was found that the processes of cyclic creep reduce the blades durability and taking into account only the blades fatigue strength parameters for the rotor durability prediction is not enough All calculated results are in good correlation with the experimental data, the divergence is less than 5 %. This indicates high accuracy and adequacy of the developed mathematical model. Received results can be used for the next stage of studies, concerning the rotor crack and fracture destruction problems.
