The Hajdúböszörmény-Csege-halom Hoard and its Related Finds in Europe

Abstract
The study discusses a bronze hoard well-known through Europe from Hajdúböszörmény-Csege-halom (Hajdú-Bihar County, Hungary) which consists of weapons and a bronze vessel set. On one hand, the aim of the study is to introduce the newest results related to this unique eponymous find. On the other hand, it analyses the assemblage in a European context, characterize and interpret its supra-regional connections based on the composition and depositional features of the hoard based on conventional typo-chronology and correspondence analysis.
Absztrakt
A tanulmány a Hajdúböszörmény-Csege-halomról (Magyarország, Hajdú-Bihar megye) származó, Európa szerte jól ismert, késő bronzkori (Ha B1) fegyverekből és lakomázó szettből álló bronzkinccsel foglalkozik. A munka célja egyfelől, ehhez a különleges névadó leletegyütteshez köthető legújabb kutatási eredmények bemutatása. Másfelől a leletegyüttes európai kontextusban való vizsgálata, régiók feletti kapcsolatrendszerének jellemzése és értelmezése, melynek alapja a leletegyüttes összetételének és deponálási jellegzetességeinek elemzése hagyományos tipo-kronológiai vizsgálattal és korrespondencia analízis segítségével.
Zusammenfassung
Die Studie behandelt den europaweit bekannten Bronzehort von Hajdúböszörmény-Csege-halom (Ungarn, Komitat Hajdú-Bihar), der aus Waffen und einem Bronzegefäß-Set besteht. Ziel der Studie ist es einerseits, die neuesten Ergebnisse zu diesem einzigartigen namensgebenden Fund vorzustellen, andererseits analysiert sie den Fundus im europäischen Kontext, charakterisiert und interpretiert seine überregionalen Zusammenhänge anhand der Zusammensetzung und Ablagerungsmerkmale des Hortes auf der Basis einer konventionellen Typo-Chronologie und Korrespondenzanalyse.
