    Michael Liehr serves as General Manager of the Global 450 mm Consortium (G450C), where he coordinates the industry-first effort by consortium members GLOBALFOUNDRIES, Intel, IBM, Samsung, TSMC and the College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering (CNSE) to make available production-grade 450 mm processing equipment. He is also Vice President for Research at CNSE, responsible for strategic research and development for nanoelectronics and 3D packaging alliances at CNSE.

    Stephen R. Janack is responsible for all internal and external communications for the College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering (CNSE) and each of its affiliated organizations. He oversees the development and implementation of CNSE’s media relations and marketing strategies, as well as its public and community outreach initiatives, working with his colleagues on CNSE’s senior and executive staff to translate the CNSE vision, mission and objectives into a world-class communications drive.
