Abstract
A miniaturization equipment for 1.0~3.0m3/h with the dimension of 0.6 m (Long) × 0.8 m (Wide) × 1.5m (High) is introduced, which consists of high concentration ozone generator, Mazzi Injector, and gas/liquid dissolving tank. The experimental results indicate that the mass transfer efficiency and dissolved ozone efficiency increase with the increase of ozone gas concentration (CG), system pressure and contact time and decrease with the decreasing of gas/liquid ratio (Vg/Vl) and solution temperature. With this dissolved system, the mass transfer efficiency of ozone was 98.8% in the dissolved process only 1.0m long pipeline or 1.0 s dissolved time and the dissolved efficiency was 75%. The dissolved ozone concentration was in the range of 4.4 ~ 10.0 mg/L for 2.0 m3/h.
