Zusammenfassung

Der Zusammenschluss deutschsprachiger IT-Zentren an Hochschulen und Forschungseinrichtungen (ZKI) setzte bei seiner jährlichen Umfrage zu aktuellen IT-Trends und strategischen Fragestellungen im Jahr 2025 auf die Themen „Digitalisierung und Künstliche Intelligenz (KI)“. Untersucht wurden die Organisationsstrukturen und Zuständigkeiten an Hochschulen sowie Erfolgsfaktoren und Herausforderungen bei Digitalisierungsprojekten. Im Themenfeld KI lag der Schwerpunkt auf bestehenden und zukünftigen Angeboten sowie den erwarteten Auswirkungen auf IT-Zentren und Hochschulorganisationen. Zudem wurden Modelle der IT-Governance sowie Aspekte der IT-Sicherheit abgefragt. Erstmals beteiligten sich Hochschulen aus Deutschland, Frankreich, der Schweiz und Österreich. Der vorliegende Artikel präsentiert die zentralen Ergebnisse der Umfrage und ordnet sie ein.

Summary

In its annual survey on current IT trends and strategic issues in 2025, the Association of German-Speaking IT Centres at Universities and Research Institutions (ZKI) focused on the topics of ‘digitalisation and artificial intelligence (AI)’. The survey examined organisational structures and responsibilities at universities as well as success factors and challenges in digitalisation projects. In the field of AI, the focus was on existing and future offerings and the expected impact on IT centres and university organisations. Models of IT governance and aspects of IT security were also surveyed. Universities from Germany, France, Switzerland and Austria participated for the first time. This article presents the key findings of the survey and puts them into context.

Résumé

Dans son enquête annuelle sur les tendances informatiques actuelles et les questions stratégiques pour 2025, le groupement des centres informatiques germanophones des universités et des instituts de recherche (ZKI) s’est concentré sur les thèmes de la « numérisation et de l’intelligence artificielle (IA) ». L’enquête a porté sur les structures organisationnelles et les responsabilités dans les universités, ainsi que sur les facteurs de réussite et les défis des projets de numérisation. Dans le domaine de l’IA, l’accent a été mis sur les offres existantes et futures, ainsi que sur les effets attendus sur les centres informatiques et les organisations universitaires. Les modèles de gouvernance informatique et les aspects de la sécurité informatique ont également été abordés. Pour la première fois, des établissements d’enseignement supérieur d’Allemagne, de France, de Suisse et d’Autriche ont participé à l’enquête. Le présent article présente les principaux résultats de l’enquête et les classe par thème.
