  Tímea Drinóczi is a Hungarian professor of constitutional law, a research professor at the Mykolas Romeris University, an affiliate at the Faculty of Law at the Federal University of Minas Gerais, Brazil, and CEU Democracy Institute, Hungary. She has been an independent expert on constitutional and legislative matters of the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE ODIHR).
