Tong Wu (b. 1980) holds a Master’s degree from the Department of Linguistics, Korea University. Research interests include natural semiotics, visual semiotics, design semiotics and architectural semiotics. Publications include “SVIO NP Determiners’ Acquisition in L2 Mandarin Chinese of L1 Korean — Pedagogical application study of Mandarin surface unaccusativity” (2011), “Saussure with semiotics of Chinese characters” (2012), “A semiotics approach to the design of the computerization of society” (2012).
