The new edition of “The Right of Sale: Commentary on §§ 84 to 92c HGB (German Commercial Code)” brings the comprehensive commentary on §§ 84-92c HGB up to date. It particularly considers the amendment to § 89b HGB, which came into effect in August 2009, as the core provision of the commentary as well as the amendment in early 2010 to the Vertriebs-GVO (block exemption regulation governing sales).
