Yvonne René Gavallér, geb. 1992, studierte Geschichte und Germanistik an der Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf. Ihre Promotion am dortigen Institut für Geschichte, Theorie und Ethik der Medizin wurde durch die Gerda-Henkel-Stiftung gefördert. Ihre Forschungsschwerpunkte sind Wissenstransfer im Ostseeraum, Medizingeschichte und material culture.
