Dr Ergham Bachir is a seasoned expert in leadership consulting for diverse organizations. She specializes in recruiting, retaining, and guiding international executive directors, CEOs, and executives within multicultural settings, drawing from her extensive work with public and private investment holding companies. With a passion for managing intricate organization-wide changes, Ergham earned her doctorate in strategic and contextual leadership within pluralistic organizations at the Henley Business School, University of Reading, UK. Her groundbreaking hybrid model, Strategic and Contextual Leadership (SCL), equips executives and CEOs with culturally adapted leadership tools, fostering positive mindsets, resilience, determination, and strategic influence. Egham’s research emphasizes fostering alignment, and engagement among executives, and achieving positive results, with her work featured in articles and conferences across Europe, Canada, and the Middle East.

Professor Bernd Vogel is Professor in Leadership, Founding Director of the Henley Centre for Leadership UK & Henley Centre for Leadership Africa at Henley Business School, University of Reading. Bernd earned his PhD at Leibniz University of Hannover. He was also faculty at the University of St.Gallen, Switzerland. Bernd has worked for over 25 years with global companies, business schools and universities. He synergises organisational practice and academic expertise. By assisting humans and organisations in leadership learning journeys he helps them to transform lives, organisations, and societal causes. Bernd’s expertise is in strategic leadership to mobilise and maintain healthy organisational energy and performance, senior management teams, future of work and leadership, organisation-wide leadership capability, followership, transformation, change and culture, leadership development, and executive coaching. Bernd publishes in top-tier academic journals, has authored and edited several books, and contributes to global media. He is the editor of the De Gruyter Transformative Thinking and Practice of Leadership and its Development book series.
