Abstract

This chapter discusses how to integrate design thinking into strategic management, i.e., design-led strategy. While essential to strategic decision-making, managers are overwhelmed by the influx of quantitative and qualitative data bombarding organizations today. The chapter examines how managers, individually and collectively, can better use such information to enhance strategy discussions and actions.
