To this end, it begins by elaborating a realistic view of the manuscripts, from which these can be identified as a systematic key text of the first order for Hölderlin's thinking. The attempt at demystification in the name of clarity and the comparison with Plato point up Hölderlin's essential contribution to western philosophy.
