This special edition contains a commentary on the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights (ECHR) and on the International Pact on Civil and Political Rights (IPCPR) by Löwe-Rosenberg and is an in-depth commentary on the Code of Criminal Procedure and the Judiciary Constitution Law 25th Edition. The purpose of this commentary is to facilitate the initial access to the body of agreements and the decreed decisions and at the same time to provide an overview of the international protection of human rights to contribute to a better understanding of the associated problems and opinions. In addition to the commentary, the work contains the convention texts in German, French and English plus the texts of the associated follow-up agreements.
