About this journal
Transportrecht is a journal covering all legal issues involved in transporting, forwarding, insuring of transport goods, passenger transportation and travel agencies.
Transportrecht is the only journal that exclusively and completely covers legal issues involved in transporting of goods – on the national, international and European level – since over 30 years.
Transportrecht is published by Professor Dr. Rolf Herber, attorney and long-serving Chairman of the German Association for Transport Law. The attorney, Dr. Tobias Eckardt directs the editorial department.
Renowned professors and attorneys practicing in the legal fields of transportation and shipment from all over Germany rank among the journal’s permanent staff. This journal can also be obtained as an online edition and as a complete archive (as of 1994).
