The 6th edition of the renowned Staub commentary on the German Commercial Code (HGB) was launched in 2021 and comprises 18 volumes. Volume 2 contains a commentary on the regulations in the German Commercial Code on commercial agents (§§ 84 ff HGB) and commercial brokers (§§ 93 ff HGB).
