At check out, US customers on degruyter.com will be directed to the new Indiepubs shopping cart to complete their purchase. The new intuitive and frictionless checkout process will reduce the shipping time and carbon footprint for print books ordered on degruyter.com, as distribution and shipping will be handled directly by Ingram.

Indiepubs is an online bookstore for books published by a wide range of independent presses, including many academic publishers, all of which are distributed by Ingram.

US customers checking out from degruyter.com will be directed to Indiepubs to review order details, add more books to the cart, and confirm the purchase when they are ready. While customers will still be buying from De Gruyter, Ingram will handle distribution and shipping.
