The Handbook of Global Contemporary Christianity: Themes and Developments in Culture, Politics, and Society maps the transformations, as well as the continuities, of the largest of the major religions - engaging with the critical global issues which relate to the faith in a fast changing world. Stephen Hunt, Ph.D (1996), University of Reading, is Associate Professor in the Sociology of the University of the West of England, Bristol. He has published extensively on the subject of contemporary Christianity.
