Dr. Maya Jaber has over 20 years of business acumen and has spent the past decade finding innovative ways to support market transformation toward a more sustainable future. She has a background in design, strategy, and business. She started her own consultancy, M3D Consulting LLC, in 2008 and has been advising and educating C-suite and other professionals on organizational design, sustainability management, and ESG strategy development and implementation. She is a creative thinker, analyst, researcher, and tactician who sees the macro and micro to design and develop strategies for optimized solutions that are human-centric. Her methodology involves transforming organizations through a holistic vision for innovation, agile organizational practices, and foundational cultural shifts to promote sustainability.
