Author / Editor information
Jim Cheng is the director of the C. V. Starr East Asian Library at Columbia University and vice president/president-elect of the Council on East Asian Libraries. He was named a Mover and Shaker by Library Journal in 2008 and in 2009 won the Fulbright Scholar Senior Research Award. He is also the editor of An Annotated Bibliography for Chinese Film Studies.
James Wicks is associate professor of literature and film studies at Point Loma Nazarene University. He is the author of Transnational Representations: The State of Taiwan Film in the 1960s and 1970s.
Sachie Noguchi is the Japanese Studies Librarian at the C. V. Starr East Asian Library, Columbia University. She has served as chair of the North American Coordinating Council on Japanese Library Resources and is a frequent contributor of articles to journals and a presenter of papers at conferences in her field.
