James Sacouman is Professor of Sociology at Acadia University in Wolfville, Nova Scotia.
Veltmeyer Henry :Henry Veltmeyer is Professor of International Development Studies at Saint Mary's University and adjunct professor of Political Science at the Universidad Autónoma de Zacatecas (Mexico). He is the author of numerous publications on the political economy of global and regional developments, including, most recently, System in Crisis (2003) and The Dynamics of Globalization/Antiglobalization (2004).
