Zusammenfassung
Mithilfe der Koordinatenmesstechnik werden in der Fertigungsmesstechnik komplexe Werkstückgeometrien und -formen dreidimensional erfasst. Der Beitrag beschäftigt sich mit ausgewählten Arbeiten auf den Gebieten der hochgenauen Formmesstechnik, Verzahnungsmesstechnik, Multisensor-Messtechnik und Messunsicherheitsermittlung, die im Fachbereich Koordinatenmesstechnik der Physikalisch-Technischen Bundesanstalt (PTB) in den vergangenen Jahren durchgeführt wurden.
Abstract
With the aid of coordinate metrology, complex workpiece geometries and forms are measured three-dimensionally in production measurement technology. This paper deals with selected activities of the coordinate metrology section of the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB) in the fields form metrology, gear metrology, multisensor metrology, and determination of measurement uncertainty carried out over the past years.
