Abstract
The paper presents the measurement models for the evaluation of measurement uncertainty included in ISO 15530-3. Critical remarks to ISO 15530-3:2011 are given. A model for an analytical method developed by the authors is presented. Finally, a numerical example for the simplified version of the method is given.
Zusammenfassung
Im Beitrag werden die in der ISO 15530-3 enthaltenen Messmodelle für die Bewertung von Messunsicherheit vorgestellt. Es werden kritische Anmerkungen zur ISO 15530-3:2011 gemacht. Ein Modell für die von den Autoren entwickelte Analysemethode wird vorgestellt. Schließlich wird ein numerisches Beispiel für die vereinfachte Version des Verfahrens angegeben.
