Zusammenfassung
In der zweiten Hälfte des 6. Jahrtausends v. Chr. wanderten die ersten mit der Bandkeramik verbundenen Bauern aus und ihre Kultur verbreitete sich in die Gebiete nördlich der Karpaten. Bisher hatte man angenommen, dass diese frühneolithische Ausbreitung in einen Zeitraum um ca. 5500–5400 v. Chr. fällt, was sich vor allem auf vergleichende Studien der stilistischen Merkmale der Keramik stützte. Seit einiger Zeit gibt es jedoch bei zahlreichen Forschern Zweifel, ob die Art der Dekoration der Gefäße mit absoluten Daten übereinstimmt. Um dieses Problem anzugehen, führen die Autoren seit einigen Jahren ein Projekt über die älteste LBK-Siedlung nördlich der Karpaten durch. Ausgangspunkt ist die Stätte in Gwoździec. Die dort durchgeführten Forschungen und die aus interdisziplinären Analysen resultierenden Schlussfolgerungen erwiesen sich als äußerst wichtig für die gesamte Zone nördlich der Karpaten. Ihr Ergebnis ist eine Überarbeitung der Radiokarbonchronologie in Bezug auf den Keramikstil. Außerdem wurde eine große Menge neuer Daten über das Alltagsleben dieser Gemeinschaften gewonnen.
Abstract
In the second half of the 6th millennium BC, the first farmers associated with the Linear Pottery culture migrated from Southeastern Europe with the culture spreading north of the Carpathians. Previously it had been assumed that this Early Neolithic expansion dates to ca. 5500–5400 BC, which was based primarily on comparative studies of the stylistic attributes of pottery. However, for some time, doubts have arisen among many researchers whether the nature of the decoration of the vessels coincides with absolute dates. In order to address this problem, the authors have been undertaking a project concerning the oldest LBK settlement north of the Carpathians for the last few years. The starting point is the site in Gwoździec. The research carried out there and the conclusions resulting from interdisciplinary analyzes turned out to be extremely important for the entire zone north of the Carpathians. Their effect is a revision of the radiocarbon chronology in relation to the style of ceramics. A huge amount of new data on the everyday life of these communities was also obtained.

W drugiej połowie VI tysiąclecia BC rozpoczęła się migracja pierwszych rolników utożsamianych z kulturą ceramiki wstęgowej rytej. Kultura ta ozprzestrzeniła się na rozległe tereny leżące na północ od Karpat. Pierwotnie, opierając się przede wszystkim na badaniach porównawczych cech stylistycznych ceramiki zakładano, że ta wczesnoneolityczna ekspansja miała miejsce ok. 5500–5400 BC. Jednak od pewnego czasu wśród wielu badaczy pojawiają się wątpliwości, czy charakter ornamentyki naczyń pokrywa się z datami bezwzględnymi. Aby rozwiązać ten problem, autorzy od kilku lat realizują projekt dotyczący najstarszgo osadnictwa KCWR w strefie na północ od Karpat. Punktem wyjścia jest tu stanowisko w Gwoźdźcu. Przeprowadzone tam badania oraz wnioski wynikłe z interdyscyplinarnych analiz okazały się niezwykle ważne dla całej wspomnianej strefy. Ich efektem jest rewizja chronologii radiowęglowej względem stylistyki ceramiki. Uzyskano także ogromną ilość nowych danych na temat życia codziennego tych społeczności.
