Abstract:
This article explores the role of spirituality in the fields of health and work. Spirituality has become an integral part of the structures of workplaces. E.g., regarding health care not only the spirituality of those taken care of but also of those caring has come to the attention. Regarding other workplaces than hospitals, spirituality is recognised as integral part of the personality of people, therefore it must be cared about for the growth of efficiency.
