关于词汇学术语 “社区词” 的命名

田小琳教授曾任岭南大学中国语文教学与测试中心主任，人文学科研究中心荣誉研究员。田教授在现汉汉语语音、词汇、语法、修辞等领域均有大量深入研究、重要创获，其参与制定的“中学教学语法系统提要”在汉语语法界影响深远，其首创的“社区词”概念开创了汉语词汇学研究的新领域。近年来，田教授着力研究香港的语言现象，是国家社科基金重点项目“全球华语语法研究”香港卷的主持人。田教授的研究在学界备受称誉，被陕西师范大学、中国人民大学、上海师范大学、西北大学、首都师范大学、山东大学聘为客座教授、博士生合作导师。田教授还在许多学术组织、政治协商组织中担任重要职务，田教授曾担任中国语言学会理事、世界汉语教学学会常务理事、北京市港澳政协委员，现为国家语委普通话培训测试中心全国普通话培训测试专家指导委员会委员、香港城市大学普通话培训测试中心顾问、中华海外联谊会港澳特邀名誉理事、北京市中华海外联谊会港澳特邀常务理事。
摘要
社区词是某个社区使用的反映该社区政治、经济、文化的特有词语。要理解社区词命名的根基，首先应了解其在现代汉语词汇系统中的定位，社区词与文言词、方言词、外来词共同丰富了现代汉语的一般词汇。其次，要理解社区词，还要对其与方言词和社会方言的区别有明确的认识，社区词用通用语素构词，而且使用于整个社区而非某一社会阶层或职业群体，是它们之间的不同之处。与特有词语、区域词语和文化词语这些名称相比，社区词这一名称最能反映这些词语的特点，是最佳名称。
Abstract
‘Community Expression’ is a new lexicological term proposed by the author at the International Conference on Language Education organized by Hong Kong Institute of Language Education in 1993. It refers to the words coined and used by different local communities due to different social, political, economic, cultural backgrounds. And it includes words used in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and overseas Chinese communities. This article outlines the rationale behind the term and discusses its significance in studying sociolinguistic situations of contemporary Chinese in a globalised context.

Tin Siu-lam was Head of the Chinese Language Education and Assessment Centre and research fellow of the Centre for Humanities Research of Lingnan University. She has published numerous papers on modern Chinese phonology, lexicon, grammar and rhetoric, and the impact of her work on “Outline of Chinese Grammar for Teaching” and her innovative studies on “community words” is wide-ranging. She focuses on linguistic phenomena in Hong Kong in recent years and directs the research on Hong Kong Chinese which is part of the “Project on Global Chinese Grammar”, funded by the China National Social Science Fund. She is appointed adjunct professor of many universities such as Renmin University, Shandong University, and Northwestern University. She also plays an important role in academic and political associations. She was member of the executive committee of the Association of Chinese Linguistics, the International Society for Chinese Language Teaching and member of the Beijing Committee of Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference. Currently, she is an invited expert of China National Language Commission, consultant of Putonghua Assessment Centre, City University of Hong Kong, and honorary member of China Overseas Friendship Association.
