Abstract
This article provides an overview of cases decided by the Court of Justice of the European Union concerning contract law. The present issue covers the period between mid-July 2018 and the end of January 2019.

The primary responsibility for the areas of General Law of Contract and Obligations, Passenger Rights and Package Holiday, Consumer Credit, and Discrimination Law lies with Philipp Hacker; for the areas of Unfair Commercial Practices, Unfair Contract Terms, Employment Law, and Private International Law with Fabrizio Esposito.
