Abstract
This section provides an overview of cases in front of the Court of Justice of the European Union concerning contract law. The present issue covers the period between January 2017 and the middle of July 2017.
Note
The primary responsibility for the areas of General Law of Contract and Obligations, General Consumer Protection, Advertising as well as Passenger Rights and Package Holiday lies with Philipp Hacker; for the areas of Employment Law, Discrimination, Alternative Dispute Resolution Procedures and Private International Law as well as Product Liability with Fabrizio Esposito; for the area of Information Duties and Unfair Contract Terms, it is shared between the authors.
