This meeting is being organized by the Chinese Cereals and Oils Association (CCOA), International Association for Cereal Science and Technology (ICC), Sino-Japanese Food Marketing Development Committee (SJFMDC), and Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS). The symposium will focus on the latest developments in the application of special cereal foods, steamed and boiled food technology, and their processing machinery.
