We study smooth projective varieties X ⊆ ℙN of dimension 3, such that there are two very ample invertible sheaves , on X, and there exist two sections of , which intersect along a bielliptic curve C. We give a classification of such threefolds X under some hypotheses on the degree of C with respect to the two embeddings given by , .
