On the Maximal Functions of the Class L(Rn) \ L(1 + ln+L)(Rn)

Abstract
It is shown that for every f ∈ L \ L(1 + ln+L) there exists an equimeasurable function g such that for every 0 < λ1 < λ2 we have μ{λ1 < MI(g) < λ2} = ∞.
