Sarah Peters Kernan is an independent scholar based in Chicago. Her research focuses on cookbooks and culinary activity in medieval and early modern England. She is an editor of The Recipes Project and regularly collaborates with The Newberry Library on teaching and digital learning projects.Müllneritsch Helga :
Helga Müllneritsch is Assistant Professor in German in the School of Languages, Cultures and Linguistics at University College Dublin with a research interest in female agency, manuscript cookery books, and book history in the long eighteenth century.
