By way of introduction, the workbook describes the international criminal offense trials. 20 exercises of differing levels of difficulty follow this. Formulated solutions assist the self-learning as well as the revision and absorption of methodical and substantive questions. The thematic range stretches from the general teaching of international law and its basic principles on the legation law, laws of the United Nations, maritime law, international environment law, international economic law, human rights, peacekeeping law and humanitarian international law up to procedures of the ICJ and other international ruling bodies. National and European law are also taken into consideration. The UN international law commission's standard suggestions to the state responsibility from 1996 and a list of important international law judicature round up the volume.
