Neuropharmacological functional imaging

    Has studied psychology and neuroscience at the University of Koblenz-Landau, Sheffield (UK) and Düsseldorf. She received her PhD from the University of Düsseldorf in 1999 for her experimental and neuropharmacological research on animals. From 1999-2001 she was a visiting scientist at the Wellcome Department of Imaging Neuroscience in London, where she started with pharmacological imaging studies. From 2001-2005 she worked as a research assistant at the Research Center Jülich. Since 2005 she is Professor of Cognitive Neurobiology, Department of Psychology, Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg.
