Corrections
The authors and the JAOA regret errors that appeared in the following article:
Esmer G, Blum J, Rulf J, Pier J. Mindfulness-based stress reduction for failed back surgery syndrome: a randomized controlled trial.
.
In Table 1, the units of measure for height and weight were incorrectly labeled as cm and kg, respectively. The labels for these items should have appeared as in and lb.
Also, in Table 2, the clinical significance of the Analgesic Medication Log was incorrectly reported as +1. It should have appeared as -1.

Davidovich A, Axis J, Hyink D, Amsler K. Src family kinases in research development [abstract B7].
.Chegwidden WR, Spencer IM. Acetazolamide (diamox) inhibits the growth of human prostatic adenocarcinoma cells in culture [abstract B36].
.
In abstract B7, Student Doctor Davidovich's first name was incorrectly spelled as Alesander instead of Alexander.
In abstract B36, the institutional affiliation of Sheffield Hallam University in South Yorkshire, England, pertains only to Dr Spencer. Dr Chegwidden's institutional affiliation was inadvertently omitted. His affiliation should have appeared as the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania.

Editor's Note: In the JAOA's November 2010 table of contents, the authors of the review article, “Reliability of Bony Anatomic Landmark Asymmetry Assessment in the Lumbopelvic Region: Application to Osteopathic Medical Education,” were incorrectly identified as Stephen Laird, DO, MPH, and colleagues. The author names should have appeared as Bradley A. Stovall, OMS IV, and Shrawan Kumar, PhD. The JAOA regrets this error.
