Reviews

Alan White, professor emeritus of men’s health, Leeds Beckett University:

A timely book. The Forgotten Realities of Men provides fresh insight into different groups of men, how they make sense of their complicated worlds, and how this helps shape current theories of masculinity. I greatly enjoyed reading it.

Christopher E. Forth, author of Masculinity in the Modern West:

The Forgotten Realities of Men is an important contribution to scholarship on men and masculinities that offers a critically nuanced account of male experiences in a variety of contexts.
