Acetylcarnitin in Blut und Harn der Maus nach Injektion von L-Carnitin und einigen O-Acyl-L-carnitinen

Februar 1977)Zusammenfassung: von D-Carnitin entsteht Acetonyltrimethylam-1. Subcutan injiziertes L-Carnitin wird von Maus momum·und Ratte zu einem hohen Prozentsatz acetyliert. 3. Sowohl Acetyl-L-carnitin als auch Acetyl-D-Das Verhältnis von Acetylcarnitin/Carnitin im carnitin werden in vivo hydrolysiert. Die beidenHarn ist abhängig von Dosis und Zeit nach der Isomeren unterscheiden sich in ihrem Acetyl-Injektion und liegt bei normalen Tieren im Be- carnitin/Carnitin-Verhältnis im 2-h-Harn signifi-reich von 0.4 - 0.9. 3 h nach Injektion nichttoxi- kant. Auch alle mittel- und langkettigen O-Acyl-scher Dosen, wie 5 mg/g, stellt sich ein Acetyl- ester der beiden Carnitinisomeren werden gespal-carnitin/Carnitin-Verhältnis von 0.7 in Serum und ten. Aber nur bei den L-Isomeren tritt zugleichHarn ein, wobei die Acetylcarnitinkonzentration Acetyl-L-carnitin im Harn auf.bei 0.77 ± 0.08 mg/m/ Serum liegt. 4 Exogenes L.Carnitin und sein Acetylderivat2.
