Reviews
Maurício G. Righi:
Jews and Jewish Identities in Latin America: Historical, Cultural, and Literary Perspectives raises some fundamental questions concerning new modes of Jewish belonging, its cultural and religious interactions. These considerations seem to be more and more necessary, for we must have a clearer understanding of the singularity of contemporary Judaism and Jewishness in Latin America, by taking into account both the benefits and the perils of an increasingly dynamic and paradoxical global configuration.
